Doubts shroud me in darkness
Slowly groping for a way out
Trying hard to breathe
Feeling trapped between two walls

Warmth escaping from my body
Leaving me cold and shivering inside
Everybody's moving on
While I'm stuck in the past

Life slowly fades from black to white
I looked around searching for a light
My heart stopped beating
As the darkness consumes my being
